The change takes effect from the date stated in the form, and otherwise from the next day.
Considering that talks have begun in the EU and on the world political scene that the Dayton Agreement has been surpassed in relation to the status of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH's entry into the European Union is considered an optimal solution.
