Unique, new 4-star hotel for sale on the Indian Ocean coast

New and unique 4-star hotel located on the Indian Ocean coast in Sri Lanka. It is located 40 km from Colombo and 70 km from the international airport and in the first coast line. The 5-storey hotel has a total area of 3600 m² with 45 rooms including sea views, a restaurant for 250 people, a conference room, a spa area, a gym, and administrative office rooms, as well as rooms for the service staff. In the area there is also a large pool with an original design. On the seafront in front of the hotel is a two-storey restaurant (400 m²), which was built as a barrel of glass and concrete (see photo). The hotel has its own environment, sewage purification plant. All rooms, the restaurant, the lobby, and the reception are all designed in an individual style. Construction of the hotel was realized by a highly qualified Turkish construction company. The hotel has solid earthquake protection (10 Mw). It also has beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the jungle. Construction and renovations ended on February 2017.
