Unique plot with a smart home with advanced technology

The project proposes to enhance the possibilities of a unique plot in its context and that responds to the needs of a smart home with today's technology, thinking about tomorrow. Wall, patio, light and vegetation, these are the concepts that define housing and transmit sensations to create comfortable spaces. The project proposes maintaining the structure of the building with an adaptation in the gaps in the facade to improve the interior-exterior relationship. There is also a substantial improvement in the insulation of the enclosures, which, together with the incorporation of systems for ACS, heating and cooling, will achieve optimum performance reflected in consumption and committed to the environment.
