Yes, we provides listing subscribers and visitors with comprehensive listing statistics so you can accurately assess the level of interest in your property for sale on our website. To view your listing statistics like visitor just view your ad and on the bottom of page you can find bref listing statistics. For detailed statistics log in to your user account with the username and password you selected during the signup process. On the Administration Panel in My AdsBox you will see detailed statistics for each listed propety. If you are getting a large number of Impressions but not many contacts you may want to consider editing your listing to make it more attractive to buyers. Sometimes something simple like editing your main picture can drastically improve your click through rates. The period of exposure each listing on our websites depends primarily on the type of advertisement package purchased. Please find here our advertisement packages for agents and private individuals.

Since your listing on our site offers your phone number as a means of contact, theoretically a real estate agent browsing the website could see your listing and give you a call. While we cannot stop someone from picking up the phone, we do provide our users with an area to configure instructions for real estate agents. This can be a simple; "No agents please" message, or a message to any buyer`s agents who may have a suitable buyer for your property such as "Agents - willing to give 2% for a qualified buyer as commission". As the seller`s agent for your property the choice is up to you whether you would like to find your own buyer and pocket the entire real estate agent commission for yourself, or negotiate on your own behalf with buyer`s agents on a commission rate for the agent if they are able to produce a qualified buyer for your property.

ImobilisCo.com does not have a gauranteed sale program. User`s of the website must realize that each international real estate market is different and subject to change at any time. Making predictions about the housing market is outside the scope of duties performed by the ImobilisCo.com staff. In general, hotter international markets in downtown areas of urban centers tend to generate buyer interest at a faster rate than smaller urban centers and rural listings.

The "No-Edit" Rule is a post-submission policy that makes certain parts of your property advertisement permanent once you complete the final submission step. After you click the "Submit" button, you will no longer be able to modify or add information to the non-editable sections of your property advertisement.

This rule does not apply to your Advertiser Profile, which can be updated at any time.

The following information cannot be changed after submission:

• Advertisement title
• Advertisement description
• Advertisement type (Offer or Demand)
• Transaction type (Sale or Rent)
• Real estate category
• Country
• City where the property is located
• Market type (Primary or Secondary, where applicable)

To ensure the quality and consistency of published advertisements, our Quality Assurance Team reviews, corrects, adapts, and approves the submitted title and description. Once approved, the team also reviews and validates any translations generated into other languages, including those produced with the assistance of Generative AI tools.

If you choose the Special Free Trial Promotion

If you publish your property under the Special Free Trial Promotion, no information in your property advertisement can be edited after submission, including optional information, images, videos, and price.

If you choose a Special Free Promotion or purchase a discounted Advertising Package

If you publish your property under a Special Free Promotion or purchase an Advertising Package with a Special Discount, you may edit certain information after submission through the My AdsBox tool in My Account.

The following information remains editable:

• Optional property details
• Images
• Videos
• Price

Exceptions

If an error occurs during the publication process or a correction is genuinely required for information that is normally non-editable (such as the title or description), our support team will review your request and, where justified, make the necessary correction on an exceptional basis.

• Continuous platform improvement. We continuously enhance our platform to combat fake accounts, fraudulent listings, and spam by implementing the latest technologies and refining our human-led moderation and quality management processes.

• Pre-publication verification. Before any user-submitted content becomes visible to portal visitors—including property advertisements, property requests, business profiles, articles, images, videos, or other media—it is reviewed and approved by our Quality Assurance (QA) Team. We never publish user-generated content without prior verification and validation. However, ImobilisCo does not conduct legal, title, or ownership verification on properties listed on the site.

• Ongoing quality audits. To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, we periodically conduct quality audits by randomly selecting published listings and contacting their authors by telephone or through our private messaging system. These audits help us verify the authenticity and accuracy of published information and further strengthen the trustworthiness of our platform.
